Critical Care Services

25 bedded MICU/Emergency ICU (Casualty) /SICU units managed by IDCC certified critical care physicians and anesthetists with round the clock coverage for all medical, surgical, pediatric and Obstetrics-Gynecology emergencies including trauma. It is the only level III trauma unit in that locality which is managed by a multidisciplinary trauma team consisting of neurosurgeon, surgeon, anesthetists and orthopedic surgeons.

2. Indian Diploma in Critical Care Course (IDCC)

IDCC is an exclusive critical care fellowship accredited by Indian Society of critical care medicine in India and GGSM Hospital is the one of the few hospitals which has been accredited for this course.

Duration
Duration of the Indian Diploma in Critical Care course (IDCC) is one year for MD/MS/DNB candidates and 2 years for DA/DTCD or equivalent candidates.

Eligibility
Diploma in Anesthesia / Diploma in Chest diseases / Diploma in Orthopedics.

The base qualifications must be from a MCI recognized university.
